Ingredients

    Pc Thai green curry sauce
    1 chicken breast sliced
    $ cups mixed veggies(carrots, red peppers, cauliflower, green beans, broccoli, baby corn)
    1tbsp canola oil
    2 cups water
    1 tsp sugar

Tips

Serve with steamed rice.


Directions

Heat oil in a pan. Fry chicken breast and steam the veggies. Add the steamed veggies in the chicken and add a bottle of PC cooking sauce and 2 cups of water. Cook for 20 mins.
