Ingredients

    1 cup imitation crab flakes chopped
    1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
    1 pkg cream cheese
    1/2 cup celery finely chopped
    1/2 cup green onions
    1 pkg small croissants cut in half
    1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs (or Panko bread crumbs)

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except croissants. Spoon mixture evenly onto croissants. Bake at 350 until browned. Serve warm. Can top with shredded cheddar if desired.
