Ingredients



    Steel Cut Oats, dry, 1 cup (remove)
    *teff, 1 cup (remove)
    chia seeds -- 1/4 cup/48g, 4 serving (remove)
    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Almonds, .25 cup, ground (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 6 tbsp (remove)

Tips

Store in a sealed container and cut each serving and reheat as desired.


Directions

pour water into a large sauce pan. Add one cup of each grain and bring to low boil. Finely chop the almonds and add almonds and ground cinnamon to pot.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for ~ 30 min.
