    Ingredients:

    Spinach, fresh, 4 cups
    Cucumber (with peel), 2 cup slices
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 cup cherry tomatoes
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled
    Croutons, seasoned, 1 cup
    Kraft Light Done Right Ranch Salad Dressing, 4 tbsp
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded

Tips

a variation is to add 3 cups of cubed chicken or turkey breast and 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese for a complete all in one meal.


Directions

add all ingredients in a large bowl, toss lightly, chill for a minimum of 30 minutes for better flavor( add croutons after chilling),serve and enjoy
