Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 medium sized Banana (about 7") sliced
2tbsp. Libbys 100% Pure Pumpkin (the kind in the can)
1/4 cup Vanilla Greek Frozen Yogurt(I used Adonia brand)
    1/4 cup Skim Milk
1tbsp Extra Creamy Reddi Whip - optional, but highly recommended ;)
    1/4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

*note: you can use the pre-made kind, or use this recipe for it - it's super easy!
Just mix 1tsp cinnamon, 1/4 nutmeg, 1/4 ginger, 1/8 clove in a little bowl, and use 1/4 of this mixture in the smoothie. Store the leftover in a cool, dry place.. don't worry you will use it ;)

Tips

You may want to add ice at the end, or freezer it (in the glass) for a few minutes.

You can use any frozen yogurt brand or style you like, I just had a the greek stuff on hand at the time.

Use a hand blender, if you don't have one I HIGHLY recommend investing in one.. I use mine ALL THE TIME, it is SO handy and easy. $35 well spent, my friends.

...You could use a normal blender, too

Directions

Combine the banana, frozen yogurt, milk, and pumpkin puree in a steel bowl.

Grab your handy dandy blender and blend on low until combined (about 5 seconds is all you really need)

Mix in the pumpkin pie spice, pour into your favorite glass, and top with reddi whip.

Sprinkle with pumpkin spice to make it pretty :)
