Introduction

NO butter or oil used, applesauce replaced NO butter or oil used, applesauce replaced

Ingredients

    1 cup light soy milk
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 applesauce, unsweetened
    2 cups bread flour
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tbsp yeast

Directions

Put into bread maker on "dough cycle"
Form into rolls of your choice and let rise 30 min.
Bake at 375 for 14 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 hamburger sized buns or 12 dinner rolls
