Ingredients

2 Chicken Breast
1 medium white onion
1/2 cup of chopped Cilantro
1 packet Taco Seasoning (we use Taco Bell home originals)
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip
2 cans Rotel tomatos and green chilis
1 can (15 oz) Ranch Style Beans, undrained
1 can (15 oz) Ranch Style Black Beans, drained
1 small can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz) Chicken Broth
1 can (15 oz) Whole kernel corn
Tips
Serve as is, or add tortilla chips, cheese, or sour cream.
Directions
Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add onion, cilantro, beans, corn, tomato sauce, chicken broth, Rotel, taco seasoning packet, and ranch dip packet. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Remove chicken and let cool. Shred the chicken and place it back into the slow cooker.
