1 Banana, medium, frozen chunks
1 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk, unsweetened (original or vanilla)
1 Tbsp Torani Sugar Free Syrup, vanilla
1 Tbsp Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein, vanilla (optional)
1 Tbsp SF Chocolate Chips (optional)
Cow's milk or other milk alternatives can be substituted, but will increase calorie count. Calorie count includes protein powder, but not chocolate chips. Skim milk, instead of unsweetened almond milk and SF syrup, adds approximately 60 calories. SF Chocolate Chips add another 70 calories
Serving Size: Makes one shake.
