Ingredients

    1 clove garlic, minced fine
    1/5 c. raw onion, diced
    6 c. macaroni noodles
    7 1/4 c. Tomato Sauce
    5 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 dash black pepper
    2 c. water, (as needed for macaroni tenderness)

Tips

Serve with grated Parmesan Cheese and Garlic Bread. Adjust calorie count accordingly.


Directions

Cook meat, onion, and garlic in large pot until meat is browned and onions are tender. DO NOT DRAIN!!! Add Tomato Sauce, Seasoning, black pepper, and sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook stirring frequently until it is the way you want it. Add one c. water and noodles. Slow cook adding water as needed until noodles are aldante'. Remove from heat and let stand 5-10 minutes until sauce is thick and noodles are tender.
