Ingredients

    8 oz. Cod Fish, cubed into 1/2-3/4 inch cubes
    2 cup Broccoli Florlets
    1 cup canned beans (your choice, my favorite are black beans)
    1 cup low-sodium Chciken Stock
    2 cans "No Salt Added" Stewed Tomatoes
    3/4 tsp Salt Substitute
    1/4 tsp Morton Lite Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    1 tsp dried Basil
    3 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

Combine tomatos, chicken stock, beans, salts and salt substitutes, pepper and basil in a stock pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Add cod fish, reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add parsley. Simmer until all ingredients are hot.
