    2 large oranges or 3 small oranges
    1 grapefruit
    1 cup pineapple
    1 cup mango

    Juice all together and enjoy.
    I like refrigerate the oranges, grapefruit and mango. Freeze pineapple.
    The frozen fruit eliminates the need to add ice.


I use my omega to juice all the ingredients except mangos. I add the juice to a blender with mango and blend away.
Vitamix or Blendtec juice all the ingredients in one step.
