Introduction

Ingredients

    Pink salmon, canned
    Black beans, canned (drained and mashed)
    1 egg (for binding)
    Salsa
    Panko bread crumbs (you can also use crackers, flour or cornmeal)
    2 TBS Seasoning of your choice (I like any combination of Mexican or taco flavored seasoning...cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder)

    Combine all ingredients and form into 4-6 patties. Pan saute in 1 tbs spoon of olive or canola oil. (recommended) You can also spray the patties with cooking spray and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned and fully heated through. Top with additional salsa if preferred.
