Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
    2 cups white rice, uncooked
    2 cups brown rice, cooked ahead of time
    1 can black beans, 15oz
    1 can Mexicorn, 15oz
    1 can Rotel tomatoes, 10.75oz

Directions

Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Pour canned ingredients over chicken. Turn crockpot on high and let cook for 3 hours. Add uncooked white rice, cover & let cook 4 more hours. 30 minutes before serving, add cooked brown rice & stir. Shred the chicken before serving.
