Introduction

Easy to put together! Great for those who don't have time to cook! Easy to put together! Great for those who don't have time to cook!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can stewed italian style tomatoes
    9-10 sweet mini peppers(seeded,whole)
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    1 small red onion (chopped)
    2-3 lb. bonless skinless chicken breast
    6oz whole wheat angel hair pasta

Tips

Add basil for an extra kick!


Directions

Add can of stewed tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onion in crock pot. Place chicken on top. Slow cook on low 6-8hrs or on high 4-5 hours. When ready boil pasta. Drain and place on plate, add chicken and sauce on top. Enjoy!
