Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 6 carrot
    Onions, raw, 3 medium
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Ginger Root, 10 grams
    Bay Leaf, 2 leaves
    Cloves, ground, 5 cloves
    Red Wine, 500 mL
    Water 1L
    Olive oil, 30 ml
    Ox tail, 2 kg

Directions

Chop the onions and gently fry until it's transparent in 30 ml of olive oil. Add three garlic gloves.
then ad the meat, and the rest of the ingredients. Cook for three hours until the meat is tender. When done, separate the meat and mix the rest in a mixer.
