Introduction

I used 3/4 c Splenda - converter would not convert the tsp.; I used 2 oz of Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup - converter wouldn't convert it. I used 3/4 c Splenda - converter would not convert the tsp.; I used 2 oz of Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup - converter wouldn't convert it.

Ingredients

    2 c Libby's solid-pack canned pumpkin (DO NOT USE canned pumpkin pie filling)
    3/4 c Splenda
    2 eggs
    10 oz 2% milk
    2 oz Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions

Mix all of the "wet" ingredients, beat well. Stir in the dry...mix well. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes; Reduce heat to 350°and bake until knife inserted in center comes clean - 40 minutes +/-
