Introduction

The tangy sauce on these chops is good with rice & stir-fried veggies, so sometimes I double the sauce ingredients. This recipe also works well with chicken. Ingredients

    6 boneless pork top loin chops
    1/8 c. Splenda Brown Sugar blend
    1 t. ground ginger or 2 t. freshly grated
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

1. Trim excess fat from chops and place in large skillet.
2. Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, pour over chops.
3. Simmer on low for approx. 45 min. or until chops are tender, turning occasionally.
