Ingredients

    1lb Venison Roast
    1 1/2 cups chicken broth
    30 Baby Carrots
    5 Medium Potatoes
    1 Package Onion Soup Mix
    1 TBSP Whorstershire Sauce
    1 TBSP Soy Sauce

Tips

I add salt and peper after I am finishing cooking it!


Directions

Put Roast in crock pot with carrots and potatoes. Add Soy Sauce, Whorstershire Sauce, Chicken Broth and Onion Soup Mix. Stir so all of the potatoes and carrots are coated, place lid on crock pot and set on low.

Will be cooked after 6 hours but can leave in crock pot longer depending on how tender you would like the meat. I ususally do about 8 hours.
