Ingredients

    8 oz. Butternut squash, cubed
    1 Medium Granny Smith Apple, cored and chopped
    2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
    2 tbsp. Butter

Tips

You can add nuts, like pecans or walnuts.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400, place apples and squash in a small baking dish with 2 tbsp. water. Cook in oven for 20 minutes. Melt butter in small dish. Add brown sugar to melted butter and stir. Pour over apples and squash and mix evenly. Place in oven for another 10 minutes or until squash and apples are soft.
