Ingredients

    2 c sugar
    2 c all purpose flour
    1/2 c mashed sweet potatoes
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c wesson oil
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp allspice
    1 tsp nutmeg

    1 jar pillsbury cream cheese frosting

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 greased cake pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
