Ingredients

    1.5 c. All-Purpose Flour
    3 T. Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    1.5 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    .5 c. Brown Sugar
    6 ounces Chobani Cinnamon Apple Greek Yogurt
    .5 c. Applesauce
    .25 c. 1% milk
    2 Small Apples (diced & Softened)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Start by combining flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Microwave diced apples for 2 minutes to soften. In a separate bowl, add brown sugar, Greek yogurt, milk, applesauce and softened diced apples.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and distribute evenly. Put into the oven and bake for 50 minutes, (or more) until the top is golden brown and a knife comes out clean. Transfer to a cooling rack and let the bread cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with butter, or refrigerate and enjoy later.
