Ingredients

    16 medium Asparagus spears,trimmed
    1 tbsp olive oil
    3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    ground black pepper
    crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. In a large rimmed backing sheet, toss asparagus with olive oil and garlic. Season with fresh ground pepper and dash of crushed red pepper flakes. Roast until tender and browned in spots. (15-18 mins) Serve warm.

    Very Good
    not a huge red pepper flake person... but have made this similar w/o it. I added a little bit of italian seaoning and cut the pieaces in half. I LOVE this. After cools down a little I love using this in replacement of french fries... soo much better for u and taste even better. - 3/24/10
