Ingredients

    3 cups frozen chopped broccoli
    2-4 med potatoes
    3 med carrots
    onion
    1 lbs smoked kielbasa or sausage cut in half length and in 1 in pieces
    .5 pound lean ground beef or frozen meatballs(26)
    1 can or 2 cups of beef broth
    lemon pepper seasoning to taste

Directions

mix first 4 items then transfer to a greased 9x13baking pan shape beef in to 1 in balls or place meatballs on top as well as sausage pour broth on to casserole and sprinkle with lemon pepper bake at 350 until meat is no longer pink or 1 hour which ever comes first
