Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Apple, medium, about 6 oz. Cored and sliced thin
    1 Tbsp Maple Sugar
    1 tsp McCormick Apple Pie Spice
    1 cup cooked brown rice

Directions

Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add apples, sugar, and spice and cook until the apples are soft. Add rice and stir. Cook until everything is hot.

Serving Size:�makes about 1 1/2 cup, three 1/2 cup servings
