Ingredients

    Oatmeal (plain), 10 cup dry
    Coconut, sweetened, 2 cup
    *Canola Oil, .5 cup
    Honey, .25 cup
    Maple Syrup, .5 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Raisins, 2 cup

Directions

mix dry ingredients (minus raisins) and wet ingredients separately, then mix all together
bake at 250 for 1.25 hours stirring every 15 min or until golden brown
add raisins in after baking
makes 30 servings
