    2 T. olive oil
    6 mushrooms, medium size
    1/4 c onions, diced
    peas & carrots, frozen
    top sirloin steak, cooked, sliced against grain
    Heinz savory brown gravy, 1/2 jar (12 oz)
    Idahoan Buttery Homestyle Mashed potatoes, 1 (4oz) pkg
    2 c. water (to make potatoes)


Can use any cooked meat and any vegetables, including canned green beans or corn.


1. Cook peas & carrots as needed according to package. Meanwhile make instant mashed potatoes (or use leftover mashed potatoes).
2. Put olive oil in pan over medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms. Cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
3. Mix together gravy, vegetables and steak. Put into 8x8 glass pan. Spread mashed potatoes over meat mixture.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook, uncovered for 20 minutes, until very heated.
