Introduction

Perfect dish for football games! All the yumminess of wings with none of the calories! Perfect dish for football games! All the yumminess of wings with none of the calories!

Ingredients

    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp paprika
    6 cloves garlic
    8oz lite beer (I use Miller Lite)
    3.5 lbs chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp butter
    3/4 - 1 bottle of buffalo wing sauce (I use Moore's)
    1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Mix (I use garden green onion)

Tips

We top ours with "healthy coleslaw" the recipe is on SP too! Enjoy!


Directions

combine all ingredients, except chicken, in crock pot. Whisk to mix then add chicken breasts. Cook on low for 6 hours or until done. Shred chicken and return to crock pot for at least 15 minutes then serve on your favorite roll, we use fresh onion rolls from our local bakery (not in callorie count).

Serving Size: Makes enough for 10 2.5 oz servings
