Ingredients

    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 cups oats
    1/3 cup applesauce
    1/4 milk(dairy, almond, or you can use soy milk)
    1/2 cup of raisins
    1 tablespoon of sugar (or other sweetener)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon

Tips

Instead of raisins you could also use craisins or chocolate chips.


Directions

Mash the bananas. Then add and combine the rest of the ingredients. Let sit for 5 minutes to hydrate the oats. Cook for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
