Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Perdue Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 filet, 4.8 oz.
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Water, tap, 2 fl oz (just enough to make a gravy but not make it soupy)
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1/4 c. (50 grams)
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Curry powder, 1.5 tsp.

Tips

Serve over rice (rice will be additional calories). You can also add cut up potatoes, if you do that you may need a bit more water and will have to cook til potatoes are done. (Potatoes will be additional calories).


Directions

Cut up Chicken into bite sized pieces, spray pan with non-stick spray and cook chicken on low heat until almost done. When chicken is almost done add your onion, garlic, tomatoes, curry powder and water, bring to a small boil and then reduce to low heat.
Let cook for about 10 minutes or until it's thickened and chicken is completely done.
