Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower cut into medium size pieces
5 cups water
1 tsp onion powder
1.5 T nutritional yeast
1 tsp butter spray
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
3 cups buttermilk
10 ounces fresh spinach
Tips
If soup is too thick add water or buttermilk to thin.
Directions
Cook cauliflower in water and drain.
Using immersion blender puree cauliflower.
Add other ingredients and stir well.
Heat until spinach is wilted.
Serve and enjoy.
