Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour 2.5 cups
    Wheat Germ 1 cup
    Ground Flax .5 cup
    salt 1 tsp
    baking powder 1 tsp
    sweet potato boiled and mashed .5 cup
    spinach .5 cup blended with sweet potato
    hot water 1.5 cups
    olive oil .5 tbls

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients. Blend the sweet potato and spinach, then fold into the dry ingredients until crumbly. Add hot water mix until one big ball of dough. Lightly drizzle olive oil to coat tear off smalll golf ball sized hunks and roll out and cook.
Serving Size: makes 40 tortillas serving size 1
