Ingredients

    1 onion- rough chopped
    2/3 c. splenda or stevia in the raw
    1 tsp salt
    3/4 c. olive or canola oil
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tbs. dijon or spicy mustard

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve over a bed of Spinach with chopped boiled egg whites and crumbled turkey bacon.
