Ingredients

2 boneless loin pork chops (total about 5 oz) frozen
1 med. apple (Gala - sweet/tart)
1 small yam, peeled and cut into chunks
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
salt & pepper
Directions
cut apple into thick slices, removing core
Put in bottom of crock pot
add yam
drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon
Place pork chops on top
season with salt and pepper.
Cover. Cook on low 3.5 - 6 hours.
If cooking time is going to be 4 for more hours put pork chops in while still frozen. (I cooked this with frozen pork chops and they were just right after 4 hours)
Serving Size: 1 serving
