Ingredients

    *Strawberries, frozen, sweetened, .5 cup
    *Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    *Yogurt, Yoplait Light, Strawberry, 6 oz
    *Orange Juice, 4 fl oz
    *Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbsp
    *Strawberry-flavor Whey Protein, powder, 1 serving (2-3 heaping tsp)

Tips

The peanut butter hides the flavor of the Protein powder but is not necessary. Blueberries are also a nice addition.


Directions

- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend till your desired texture. Pour and Enjoy!
