Introduction

Ingredients

4 Fillets of a firm white fish
2 medium side bananas (cut lengthwise and halved)
1 tin of Cambells cream of mushroom soup
lemon juice
garlic
black pepper

Directions
Fry the bottom side of you fish fillets in a large pan
using spray and cook to slightly oil the base or extra virgin olive oil.
Place cooked side down on a baking tray.
Add two slices of banana on to each fillet.
Squeeze lemon over each serving.
Sprinkle blach pepper and chopped garlic also.
Open tin of soup, stir in a bowl, spoon over each fish and garnish with chopped parsley .
Leave a sprig of parsley and a slice of lemon for each plate to decorate on presentation.
Grill in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with a green and tomato salad or steamed mixed vegetables if prefered.
Best eaten with a bottle of chilled white wine.
