Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound very lean Ground Beef
    1 C crushed Corn Flakes
    1 pkg. any flavor onion soup mix
    1 large egg
    1 C Catsup

Directions

Break up ground beef in bowl and add crushed corn flakes, soup mix and egg. Mix thoroughly making sure soup mix gets well distributed. Place in 8"x8" pan and bake at 375% for 35-40 min. until no longer pink inside. Drizzle with catsup and place back in oven a couple of minutes to warm up catsup. It makes 8-2oz servings. Fix it and watch them ask for more.

    My husband said this was BY FAR the best meatloaf I have ever made. I was looking for a recipie using cornflakes when I found this one. I had lipton golder mushroom soup mix onhand so used that. Also I added a chopped onion, ketchup, mustard and worstershire sauce to the mix. leftover samich yum! - 7/1/10

    Very Good
    My husband and I really liked this. It was a nice change from chicken or turkey. Made a steamed bag of veggies on the side and we were all set. Very simple to make. - 4/22/08
