Ingredients

    1 package of extra lean grouond beef (approx .572 kg - regular store size individual package)
    1 can of diced tomatoes drained
    1 can of kidney beans (red) drained
    2 shredded carrots
    1 can of tomato paste
    6 tsp of worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp of basil leaves (dried)
    2 tbsp garlic powder
    3.5 tbsp chili powder
    2 tbsp oregano leaves (dried)


Directions

cook the ground beef in a large pot until no longer pink (approx. 20 min), then add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for an hour. (recipe can also be done in a crock pot, just add all ingredients into crock pot and cook on low for the day: 8-12 hrs. the longer it sits the more flavourful it becomes).
