Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Cut avocado lengthwise, take out pit, scoop out fruit, dice or chop. I prefer mine between 1/4 - 1/2 in chunks.
    Dice or chop onion, cilantro, tomato
    Mix all your ingredients in a bowl and voila!
    Season to taste

Tips

You may add salsa, sour cream, plain yogurt, chile, lemon or lime, salt and pepper to taste. You can also substitute green onions for the brown. Be creative!

Serving Size: makes about 1 cup
