Ingredients

    Dry ingredients:
    1/3 cup Oat flour (gluten free)
    2 tbsp Coconut flour (raw)
    1 tbsp Psyllium Whole Husks (Yerba Prima)
    1 scoop About Time Whey Protein (Vanilla or cake batter)
    1/2 scoop Myofusion Probiotic Series (Vanilla or any flavor)
    1 tsp Baking Powder (Hain Featherweight)
    1/8 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum (Bob's Red Mill)
    2 tbsp Stevia in the Raw (baking)
    1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon

    Wet ingredients:
    4 egg whites or 2/3 cup liquid egg whites
    3/4 cup grated Zucchini
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp liquid stevia (vanilla)
    1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg's Organic)


Directions

-Preheat oven to 350.
-Spray 2 mini loaf pans or 1 large loaf pan with non-stick spray.

-Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to mix.
-Combine all wet ingredients in a medium bowl and stir together.
-Pour wet ingredients into dry and whisk until batter is combined.
-Pour half the batter in each of the mini loaf pans or pour all of the batter into the large loaf pan.
-Bake for 30-40 minutes.

Let cool before removing from pan.

Enjoy!
