Ingredients

    1 100 cal pack of Emerald's Natural walnuts & almonds or about 5 almonds and walnut halves
    3/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
    1 bannana
    1 apple
    1/2 lite vanilla soy milk
    1 tsp cinnamon

Tips

I freeze the bannana before hand, but it is optional.


Directions

Blend ingredients together and done.
