    1 lb elk roast
    3 med red potatoes
    10 baby carrots
    1 parsnip
    1 can beef broth - low sodium
    5-6 cups water
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic

Directions

Cube elk meat and add to crock pot. Cut up all ingredients and let it cook on low for 6-8 hours.
