Ingredients

1 cup chopped asparagus (or other veggie)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 oz chopped turkey breast
1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cheddar
1 1/2 cup non-fat milk
3/4 cup Heart Healthy Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
Spray 10-inch pie plate with non-stick spray. Mix veggies, turkey and cheese and cover bottom of dish. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over mixture in dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let sit for at least 5 minutes before serving. Tastes best when served warm, not hot.
