Introduction
I like the flavored oils and vinegars from the "Oil & Vinegar" store. The possibilities are endless. This combination is particularly yummy, imho. =)Not only for salad, this is great on spinach, chard, broccoli, etc. I like the flavored oils and vinegars from the "Oil & Vinegar" store. Ingredients

Mix garlic olive oil and red pepper olive oil half and half to make 1/4 cup.
Add 1/2 cup tomato vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp dijon mustard
Tips
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator. Will last at least six weeks.
Directions
Add all ingredients and shake, shake, shake. Or buzz them up in the blender or nutri bullet. Simple but oh so tasty. Yum.
