Ingredients

    1-5 oz can salmon, drained
    4 oz light cream cheese
    ˝ cup plain fat free greek yogurt
    1 Tb chopped green onions or chives
    2 tsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
    1 tsp dried dill weed
    ˝ tsp freshly ground black pepper


Tips

This quick, versatile spread tastes great on crackers, toast points, cucumber coins or celery boats…or on bagels for brunch.


Directions

Blend all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
