Ingredients

3 garlic cloves
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
1 container of Bare chicken tenders (approx. 3 chicken breasts)
2Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 box Healthy Harvest whole wheat Rotini
1/2Tbsp Italian seasoning
juice of 1 lemon
splash of white rice vinegar
2Tbsp butter
1/2 cup gruyere cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/4 cup milk
Directions
Cook the pasta for 13 minutes
Meanwhile, mince the garlic and saute it in the olive oil with some sea salt. When the garlic is golden brown, add in chicken tenders, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, and rice vinegar. Let simmer for 6 minutes.
Quarter the tomatoes and shred the cheese.
Once the pasta is done, drain and add in butter, milk, and cheeses. Stir, it should be stringy and melty and awesome.
Add the cut up tomatoes to the chicken and cover. Let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve chicken and tomatoes over the cheesy pasta while it's still hot. You can't go wrong! So good.
