    Brown Sugar, egg yokes, splash of skim milk, vanilla extract, flour, oats, butterscotch chips, baking powder


Soft cookies; less milk or adding egg whites can firm them up.


Blend wet ingredients, add dry ingredients, add chips, dollop onto cookie sheet, bake at 350 8-12 minutes
