Ingredients

4 pieces of Nature's Own 100% whole wheat bread
4 egg whites
1tbsp Shedd Spread Country Crock Light
1 cup fresh/frozen strawberries (no added sugar)
1tbsp Splenda
1/4tsp Cinnamon
Tips
After soaking bread, let stand 1 minute before cooking.
Directions
Separate out the yokes from four fresh eggs. Add cinnamon and 1/2 tbsp Splenda. Then whisk eggs until seasoning mixed. Soak four pieces of Nature's Own 100% whole wheat bread in egg white mixture. Place all 4 pieces into a large non stick pan and cook until firm (approx. 2 minutes on each side).
Simultaneously, cook down strawberries in the microwave until almost soup like. Add 1/2tbsp of Splenda, and mix. Layer french toast, strawberries, and butter on a plate, then top with 3 crushed pecans. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon for garnish.
