Ingredients

Milk 1.5 cups
Water 1.5 cups
Steel Cut Oats 1 cup
Gala Apples 2 ea
Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
Butter 1.5 tbsp
salt 1/4 tsp
cinnamon 1/4 tsp
Maple Syrup 8 tbsp
Tips
Add chopped nuts for extra protien & crunch. Nuts are not included in the calorie count.
Directions
Boil milk and water together- stir frequently
Cut apples into 1/2 in chunks
Mix the hot milk/water mixture with all but the syrup in the crockpot and put crockpot on low for 7 hours.
Once oatmeal is done add 2 tbsp of syrup to each individual serving.
Serving Size: 4 servings
