Ingredients

    Ham Steak, 12 oz
    PC Egg Whites, 16 tbsp
    PC Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded), 1.25 cup
    Red Mill Flax Seed, 2 tbsp
    PC Frozen Chopped Spinach, 5oz
    So Delicious Dairy Free Almondmilk, 8 oz
    PC Large Grade A Eggs, 6 serving
    Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp

Directions

Cook ham and spinach. Meanwhile, beat together eggs, egg whites, milk, 1 cup of cheese, flax seeds, oregano and basil. Once egg and spinach is cooked, cut ham, add with half of spinach to egg mixture. Pour into a greased baking dish (9x13") and spinkle w/ remaining cheese. Bake @ 400 for 30 mins.
