A delicious, moist coffee cake that is sure to please everyone! A delicious, moist coffee cake that is sure to please everyone!Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

1 pkg Gluten Free Yellow or Vanilla Cake Mix (I used Bob's Red Mill)
1 pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding (3.4oz)
1 cup Sour Cream (I substitute Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt)
1/2 cup Oil
4 Eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the first 5 ingredients together with an electric hand mixer. Grease a 9" tube pan. Pour half the batter into the tube pan. Sprinkle with nuts & chocolate chips. Pour the rest of the batter into the tube pan. Top with the remaining chocolate chips & nuts. Cook for 45-55 min or until golden brown.
